New Build Package in Shrewsbury

Brief

Our underfloor heating and liquid screed business in Shropshire often gets called for new build projects in our home area. Shrewsbury has been steadily growing in population and popularity, making it a golden opportunity for new homes and flats.

In this job, we were tasked with providing our full underfloor heating installation package to several new builds mid-construction. Floor insulation, anhydrite liquid floor screeding, and underfloor heating were going to be laid by our team for several properties.

Key Considerations

These homes were designed to be fit with fireplaces as well as tiny alcoves. We needed to take these areas into account when designing the pipe layout to avoid any potential hotspots that would crack the floor screeding.

What We Achieved

The project was completed to order. Floor insulation, underfloor heating and liquid screed totalling 221m² were laid in the new builds without complications. We hope the eventual owners of these homes enjoy their state of the art heating
