Five Luxury Homes in Bridgnorth

Brief

EasyFlow had been awarded the underfloor heating contract for a development of five luxury homes in Bridgnorth for a regular client. These were large, two floor properties in a beautiful location. Our underfloor heating Shropshire team were tasked with delivering heating and anhydrite screed per the terms in the contract.

Key Considerations

These new build homes were designed with underfloor heating and liquid screed already taken into account. No special considerations had to be taken into account in this area, but dialogue with the client would be necessary to ensure their plans were right for these homes.

Time management was also key for this project. Once the anhydrite screed was laid, it could take up to 60 days to dry before construction could continue. We would have to ensure minimal delays as part of our work.

What We Achieved

A site survey showed that conditions were ideal for our underfloor heating Shropshire team to carry out the work. We communicated and worked closely with our regular client to ensure the right specification for the project.

We were proud to have delivered another high quality installation. Once our work is inspected, it will be covered with anhydrite screed to deliver an equally high quality floor.
