Easyflow have undertaken many floor pours for my company over the last 6 years from 40 sq meters to the recent one over 150sq meters. I have always been very impressed by their reliability, (turning up when they say they will), communication throughout the job, the quality of the work, (i.e. levels achieved, and finish), conscientiousness of their staff including politeness, if there is an issue they sort it there and then if they can, site tidiness leaving work area & the site as clean and tidy as they found it, they are a good company to deal with.

However I really believe the true measure of a company or an organisation is when something goes wrong; even seriously wrong. Mistakes and errors do happen, the judge of a company or a person in fact is what they do when things go wrong! We had a project go seriously wrong, it was short batched by the screed supplier so the levels could not be achieved correctly. The Easyflow staff informed me on the day, Jennifer contacted me the following day and a plan was made with no real fuss to get it resolved at their cost, I did not even have to vaguely complain. There was no drama and no one raised their voice, they just sorted it. The problem was a major one but it was resolved and handled professionally, efficiently and effectively with no fuss. What more could a customer want?! Thank you Jennifer and the team at Easyflow.

One of the biggest jobs we had to do at the depot was to renovate the floor so it was easy to keep clean. Screeding a 135 sqm floor is a big job. It was nearly a show stopper but thanks to the generosity of EasyFlow we were able to go ahead. THANK YOU!

I would be more than happy for you to use any of the photos of me doing all the work whilst the Easyflow team sat down drank coffee cups of tea and ate sandwiches and of course they posed for photos making out that they at least turned up to watch a lion in action.

The work was a blessing in disguise as we had only just spent an absolute fortune on converting the house using thermal underflooring and timber topping. After having a burst water pipe we decided that we would definitely not go down that route again we had to start all over again luckily a friend recommended that I should go and speak to Easyflow they made me feel very welcome and they were very sympathetic to our problems the team came out and did a full survey before recommending a way for us to go we decided to go down the route of having underfloor heating with the Easyflow finish.

I only wished we had gone this way first time it would have saved us all the problems and headaches but we had to go through.

We had an excellent team of workers that were professional in their manner and in the way they went about the work we now have a beautifully finished flooring and the house is warm and toasty ready for winter.

Again we would like to thank the Easyflow team for all their work and making our home a home again.

Renovation in Shrewsbury. 

We have used EasyFlow Ltd in Shrewsbury a couple of times now and we have found them to be very easy to deal with. We provided them with the drawings of the buildings that required underfloor heating and they very quickly provided us with written quotes.

When it came to the installation they were very flexible with us on installation dates. The installations went smoothly without any hiccups.
