Easyflow worked with regular clients Belverdale Building Contractors Ltd to supply and install the underfloor heating and liquid floor screeds over three floors for a six bed property in Prestwich.

The Easy Standard system was employed for the ground and first floors with a 75mm covering of Topflow Horizontal cement based liquid screed, used as the building wasn’t completely weather tight.

Our contractors used the Easy Overlay system on the third floor in order to keep the floor make up as low as possible due to restricted ceiling height

Easyflow recently worked on an underfloor heating project for a regular client based in Cheshire.

The project consisted of an uneven existing floor and an extension area, after leveling out the existing concrete floor using a high-performance self-leveling renovation screed, we then returned to site to install 25mm solid floor overlay panels which are pre-routed to accept the underfloor heating pipework. These panels can be tiled directly or covered with a fibre reinforced self-smoothing compound.

Easyflow ltd works closely with a building contractor in Stockport to design, supply and install underfloor heating and liquid screed on large single developments around Greater Manchester.

Our latest project was an extension, new build detached garage and house remodel of a property in Macclesfield which required underfloor heating and a cement based liquid floor screed.

After receiving the floor plans, we designed a bespoke UFH system for the property, our underfloor heating systems are designed and calculated to BS EN 1264

Easyflow have worked on a number of projects built by M & G Builders, a family run business based in the heart of Shropshire, specialising in barn conversions, house restoration and new builds.

This latest project completed in November 2017 is a barn conversion in Ludlow, Shropshire which required underfloor heating and liquid floor screed to the ground floor.

Having visited site, we were able to design a bespoke underfloor heating system taking into account heat loss calculations for each room.
