Underfloor Heating in Shrewsbury Condover New Build

Brief

Underfloor heating is the optimal energy efficient heating solution for new build properties. Easyflow was contracted by a local house builder to supply and install underfloor heating and liquid floor screed to the ground floor of a new build house in Condover, Shrewsbury.

 

Key Considerations

The ground floor was made up of six rooms over 106m². This would require careful zoning to ensure minimal cold spots and the most energy efficient heating possible.

 

What We Achieved

Our underfloor heating Ahropshire team went to survey the property and take accurate measurements for our designs. The system was then designed to meet the developers’ requirements as well the required U Values. After installation, the underfloor heating was pressure tested with water before installing 60mm liquid floor screed to meet the necessary levels.
