Service Process – Grundfos UPM3 Blocking Issues

If your underfloor heating has been switched off completely over the Summer months and now you are having trouble firing the pump back up again, there may be a blockage.

Please contact our Sales Team on 01743 298001 and we will arrange to put you in touch with engineers at Grundfos who will talk you through a simple de-blocking procedure, if this is unsuccessful then Grundfos will send out a new pump under warranty and Grundfos will arrange to collect the faulty pump from the customer via TNT.

Grundfos UPM3 pumps are warranted for 24 months from date of installation or 30 months from date of manufacture (allow for shelf life)

The manufacture date can be found on the data plate on the pump head under the PC number;

EG – PC:1827 is as follows;
18 – year of manufacture
27 week of manufacture
