Underfloor Heating Installation in Worcester

Brief

Our underfloor heating Midlands teams work all over the country on both domestic and commercial projects. This was perhaps our smallest project to date, a 25m² ground floor renovation with underfloor heating and liquid screed.

 

Key Considerations

The client had a very tight budget, which meant we had to optimise the design of our Easy Standard solution, as well as our work plan, to fit their needs. While this can reduce the energy efficiency of the system, our low-cost solutions are still superior to conventional radiant heating.

 

What We Achieved

Our underfloor heating Midlands install manager completed a site visit to find out the scope of the works and to discuss options with the client. It was decided that no floor insulation would be used, and that we supply and install a clip rail underfloor heating system pinned directly into the concrete, finished with 65mm liquid screed for underfloor heating.

To help keep labour costs down for the client, the works were planned and scheduled to be completed in one day, which we achieved.
