Underfloor Heating & Levelling in Shropshire

Brief

A local small developer and valued returning customer, approached us to supply and install underfloor heating and liquid floor screed for the playroom and large kitchen area of a house renovation. Floor levelling was also required for another section of the house.

Key Considerations

Part of the underfloor heating installation was already laid by another supplier at the time of our involvement, which had not been covered with any self levelling screed. Carrying on from the work of another installer isn’t impossible, but it required a thorough inspection to ensure that the prior underfloor heating installation is of good quality and able to connect with the network we would be laying.

What We Achieved

After conducting a site survey and extensive discussions, we reassured the client that we could handle as much of the project as needed. The other installers work had no flaws, and would only need to be covered with a thin layer of latex self levelling screed.

In the end, we not only completed our underfloor heating installation but also connected the other installer’s pipework to our manifold and pressure-tested it for them. Thanks to our flexibility and expertise, the entire project ran smoothly, reinforcing why our clients trust us time and time again.
